Job Description
· Responsible for managing orders done by customers through the website and application.
· Manage order fulfillment, order tracking, and other after-sales management
· Interact with customers in multiple channels; phone call, line, facebook message, and other.
· Inform and educate customer how to register, place order, send feedback, etc
· Answer question about our service, products and co-ordinate with warehouse to ensure stock is ready
· Ensure that customer complaints are resolved in a professional manner
· Follow up the case in our system and report the case to other department for service improvement
· Other tasks as assigned

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in any fields 2. Have customer service skills, service-orient minded and self-motivated 3. Excellent communication skills. 4. Good command of English is a plus 5. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications. 6. Having experience assisting in a pharmacy is a plus
